This business zone in the Patrónka district of Bratislava comprises office and retail spaces covering a total area of more than 82,500 m² (17,000 + 32,500 + 33,000 m²).

These modern office and commercial buildings offer tenants high-quality working environments, with thermal comfort ensured by installations from KLIMAK Slovakia. Ventilation, cooling, and heating systems were fully delivered and installed across all three centres between 2010 and 2019.
