PANORAMA CITY – CASE STUDY, BRATISLAVA

The Panorama City mixed-use complex is defined by two triangular towers, each rising 33 storeys to a height of 112 metres.

These are currently the tallest residential buildings in Slovakia, and the project was named the 2016 Building of the Year.

KLIMAK Slovakia delivered complete installations for ventilation, cooling, and heating systems throughout the complex. During the colder months, heat is supplied by two heat exchanger stations with a combined capacity of over 9 MW. In summer, comfort is ensured by cooling systems with a capacity of 2.2 MW, with an additional 600 kW of potential expansion.
