New contract in Prague’s Smíchov

We are glad to be part of another very interesting project directly in our capital city. It is the new Lihovar Smíchov residential complex, which will offer more than 550 new residential units. The project itself is steeped in the rich history of this industrial district of Prague, and the investor plans to preserve its character. In addition to the apartments themselves, the complex will also offer ample space for cultural and artistic activities and gastronomy.
